I just bought a new build PC and the PSU is curious. It has an open end. I've never seen aone like it before and Googled and there's nothing answering my question. It's a modular PSU the fan blows to the bottom of the case and out the back where you usually see the fan it's open you can see into it. It appears to only be sealed on 3 sides. Did they do me wrong or is this a new style? As if it matters the PC is the Ryzen 1800x, With an EVGA GTX 1070 FTW and a 550W PSU.

I'm trying to figure out how to get it out and have a better look at it. One side is covered as well as the bottom. From the back I see the inside of the PSU and there's nothing written on the side I can see. I could Google it and see if they were designed that way if I knew what it was. It did not want to come out the first time I tried so I decided to ask here and see if anyone knew whether or not that was a new design before trying again to get it out.
