Power supply recommendation?

I just built a new system and I know my 400w supply isn't big enough. I'm running an ASUS P6T WS Pro, 920 2.66GHz overclocked to 4Ghz, 6G DDR3 G.Skill, GeForce8400GS card, Titan 6 pipe sink and fan and four 80mm case fans (2in, 2out). Temps are a little high at idle (50C) and now I'm starting to get the dreaded "Overclocking Failed" message on init bootup. I've only had it together for 4 days and haven't run it for longer than 4-6 at a time. Is 750W going to be enough to power this sufficiently?

750w is going to much more than enough, a good quality 500w would do and allow for an video upgrade.

Only 500W? Ok, what is a 'good quality supply'. I've tried to research this, but haven't been able to find any actual tests, just conjecture. A few recommended brands?

Picked up the Antec 650 from Frye's last night. On sale for $54.99! Woohoo! What a difference in quality and weight. My voltages are much better now. Unfortunately, it's still running hot. Going to have to address that in another post/forum...
