Hi what is the best gaming computer I can get preferably under $650. I may be able to go to 700. Windows will need to be included

the best you'd be able to do pre-built is to get something like this, with a decent processor but no graphics card, and add in a GTX 750Ti on your own

Yep, that system if perfectly fine, but if you want a cheaper system, you could build one! but otherwhise, that is the best you could get! (don't forget shipping costs etc).

Is there any big disadvantages to open-box? Is iBuyPower a good brand?

the big disadvantage to open box is that someone returned it for some reason, and since most open box policies are just restock it immediately, you never know exactly what went wrong, or if it will work at all if you buy it

iBuyPower is decent, but if you buy directly from their website you will not get a good deal

yes this computer is pretty decent for the money, an FX 8320 and HD 7850 rig is a decent mid ranged rig

not great, a GTX 650 is very entry level, it'll struggle to play the latest games on high settings, if you don't mind medium ish settings then it's fine. If you want a decent gaming rig you'll not want to go below a Radeon HD 7790/R7 260x, or a GTX 650Ti Boost/GTX 660

the one from ebay is probably your best bet, it comes with a 1 year warranty after all so may not be as risky as you think

It sounds to good to be true in my opinion.....but it looks great from the outside and ok for internal spec. However, it is an auction, so it might skyrocket towards the end. I usually don't count on eBay especially when lot of bids already went down.
