I'm changing out my WiFi card in my HP Envy Phoenix 810-145qe desktop, and this will include getting outboard antennas installed. What I need is a slot cover that is predrilled for a pair of chassis mount SMA connectors, but I have to admit trying to search for this has so far yielded essentially nothing. Since that cover does come on some of the PCIe wifi boards, somebody makes them. I seem to have standard length blanks, about 4.2-ish inches high/long and the thought of drilling one out myself has crossed my mind........... but, a manufactured one would let me keep the blanks intact. ANYBODY know where I can find such a beast? (honestly, a place that specializes in slot covers for different connectors would be dandy because this isn't the only project of this type I have to work on at some point..............)
