I don't think so. Problems or no problems I believe it will be released in Q4 2003. Maybe the revision that people will actually be willing to buy will come in Q1 2004 but there is no way Intel will let the performance crown to AMD.

A better title would be "Do you think Presshot will be delayed". The current title claims that prescott WILL be delayed and is therefore spreading more anti-Intel rumors with no links to back them up.

I don't think Intel will delay even if it has to put out an unready piece of crap they have the cash to throw at any problems plus what was the last time intel delayed a processor. The only doubt is if it is an Amd killer or not.

These things are harder to think of than I thought.
