I have to build a PC and the Ryzen 4000 series APU's are too good for my needs, but my major concern is their price.
1 year ago when Ryzen 5 3400g was launched at 150$, then in India, it was priced at 14000 INR (200$). Now, R5 4400g/4650g is going to launch and the leak shows it would be priced at 210$, so what would be its price in India?
I can maximum spend 15000 INR on an APU and a maximum of 10000 INR on any CPU.
If you have any other suggestions considering my budget and the CPU, then please tell me.
Or I should go with r5 1600? I just want a 6 core CPU.

Where you live in India ?
Because of high custom Duty, the price is very high in India
and second thing is that Ryzen 4000 Apu are currently given to OEM only.
Wait for Zen3 Ryzen cpu launching on 8 Oct, After that old cpu prices will go down.

So, you are saying that, I should just go with old CPU, right? And as you said, prices will go down, will the price of R5 2600 fall under 10000 INR.
And, I live in North East side of India, (in Bihar).

Are not most 4000-series APUs in OEM systems?

What do you intend to do with the system in question? 'Just want a 6 core' is not the pinnacle of qualifications, as APUs incorporate integrated graphics; the R5-1600 path (and all Ryzens with no "G" in their designation) will require you to get a discrete GPU. Oddly enough, the newer R3-3300X outperforms the 1600 in all gaming comparisons I've seen...

Do you intend to game at all? If not, many Intel CPUs incorporate integrated graphics, but they are just not as good at gaming as those of the Ryzen 'G"-CPUs...

I have to do heavy editing and animation + just a little gaming that a budget gpu like rx 550 can easily do. Since I have to editing and run softwares like blender, I need a 6 core CPU.
In India, r3 3300x is overpriced at 14000 INR(200$) and it has 4 core which I think 6 core would be more better for video editing adn heavy loads.

I really don't want to go with intel CPU, because they are only good for gaming because when it comes to multitasking, a r5 1600 can easily outperform an i5 9400f.

I was willing to buy those 4000 series APU only becasue their iGPU has similar performance like rx 550 and they had almost similar performance like r5 3600. But the major concern is its price, I think in India it will exceed 20000 INR (280$).
