Price Opinion

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this, I apologize if not.

Someone wants to buy my current computer and he's offering me 300 bucks for it, I'd like your opinion on whether that offer is too high/low or fair.

I built it 3 years ago and the specs are the following:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7200
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-EG31M-S2
RAM: Kingston 2GB DDR2
HDD: 500 GB SATA II Seagate (7200 RPM)
Speakers: Logitech X-530
LG 18x DVD burner

The case, PSU, keyboard and mouse cost me ~40 bucks all together, no monitor.

Sounds like a good deal to me, what do you think?

Id say $300 is a pretty generous offer considering the age of the PC.
