Prime Illegal sumout

Anyone experienced a prime95 illegal sumout failure. Got a quad q9550, 1 2 and 3 cores are prime stable but core 4 is failing with this error. i allready read the readme.txt but any suggestions?

Up the voltage a hair. It isn't stable.
