Hi, I'm Having problems installing windows 10 from Both Dvd and USB. I downloaded the iso from Microsoft's official site. I Tried both legacy and UEFI mode...it's showing "A Media Driver your Computer needs is missing...... " I have even tried changing different Storages but it's still the same.
I have tried connecting the usb drive to both usb 3.0 and 2.0 ports but it's still the same. and when i tried installing from a DVD it gets stuck after flashing the windows logo that means can't even get to the installation process. Please Help me..

My pc config : Msi B150m Night Elf
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2400mhz
Intel Core i5 6400
Thermaltake Lightpower 450W Bronze Psu
Nvidia GTX 950

Solution
If there is a newer BIOS it is certainly worth a try; the most recent is 7979v1D . You may want to place the chipset driver on a DVD and when the install asks for the missing driver, direct it to the DVD drive.
This discussion has a number of fixes. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...127-f088-44a2-af36-ba90a1604855?auth=1&page=1 However the most common is changing the install USB port in mid install.
  • If you are installing with USB drive, when it asks for driver, click Cancel. Once you are at the welcome screen, insert the USB drive to a different USB port. Then click Install Now to install.
I have already tried that...nothing works....i last changed windows about a year ago and six month ago,i updated my bios....Should i try downgrading to the previous bios versipn or update to another then try?
I mean is it possible for a bios update with this kind of behaviour?
