Question Problem with AMD ryzen 5 2400g

Hi, I have a problem with fps in any game I play, even on 720p games run bad. People with same builds get 3x better performence than me and i cant find solution.
SPECS
Amd ryzen 5 2400g
2x4 3000Mhz ram
Asus prime b450m-a

Ive already installed newest drivers and softwere and it did not help. Did anyone could help me?

Where are these builds, you speak of? Do the builds you're talking about have the exact specs as you? Speaking of specs, given how this is a troubleshooting thread, please include your system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU: make and model of the unit and it's age
Case:
OS: version of your OS(since you're on Windows 10).

List of games that you're playing on, without mentioning an etc in the sentence. Which BIOS version are you working with on your motherboard?

Mostly people on yt, their builds are very similar, diffrences are not big enough to make such a impact i think
CPU: AMD ryzen 5 2400g
Motherboard: Asus prime b450m-a
RAM:
Patriot 8GB (2x4GB) 3000MHz CL16 Viper 4
SSD:
WD 240GB M.2 SATA SSD Green
I also use hdd but i dont know anything about it
GPU: vega 11
PSU:
Thermaltake Litepower II Black 450W
its pretty new
CASE: Ibox passion v4
OS: Win 10

i play mostly rocket league, sea of thieves and minecraft. I use latest verion of bios

Did you donwloaded the GPU drivers from AMD website or Asus? somtimes motherborad sites have outdated drivers.
