Problem with Hantarex arcade monitor - text dancing from l..

Hi,

I have a problem with my Hantarex 900 Monitor.
My text (and images) are dancing a few milimeters from left to right.
At the top and bottom it is more than in the middle.

Does somebody have a idea?
