I'm encountering a problem with my Thermaltake TH360 V2 Ultra AIO liquid cooler's LCD screen. the Thermaltake RGB app consistently reports "Controller not connected," preventing me from customizing the display. I've made sure everything is in properly, I updated the software and attempted various troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. There is a USB cable that connects to the cpu coolers lcd there was 2 usbs to connected but only 1 cable could be connected to the CPU coolers lcd and I'm not sure what to do with the other USB side and ive connected the USB to the motherboard,

Note: i am using my own fans and not the Thermaltake ones im using lian li sl120 LCD screen detection issues with this cooler, I would greatly appreciate your help. (windows 10)

maybe the AIO is faulty. did you try the other micro USB plug yet?

try connecting it to a different system (just connectors) and try the software there

edit: can you just close the error message?
just click on the lightning tab upper left

what exactly is the message writing?
just try connecting the fan controller as well to get the LCD optimizable

yes, I used them both.
I dont have any other systems to try it on.
I do not have any Thermaltake fan controllers.
I have closed the error page and pressed the lightning tab, but the LCD customization does not appear.

Is it the TT RGB PLUS Software 2.0? (2.1.5)

try with the fans from Thermaltake, just plug into cpu_fan header and rgb into the rgb motherboard header
plug in the other fans installed to a different fan header to check if the problem persists (rgb not necessary for these I think)
