PROBLEM WITH NETWORK

Derar All,
I am working in An NIIT centre, i have problem in connecting the usbprinter to the server via lan, Ever day I have to delete the printer from the client pc & again istall it to the client PC after that it starts working for that day what should i doooooo. help me, My client PC consists WIN XP, & SERVER IS 2003

You install the network printer to the Server not the PCs, then you Share the printer on the server to all PCs. Install printer on clients as network from server.
