Question Problem with old gpu buying new one

I have a problem with my gpu it's old and when i play games or use it for yt for a while everything freezes and i have artifacts. Also when i tried installing mew drivers with geforce experiencey pc rebooted and drivers didn't install i managed to install them but same problems and i want to buy a new one. So I don't know if something else could cause this problem. What do you thing. Also i bought new cpu, ram, psu and motherboard. Everything else is working fine. So i don't thing it's something else other then the gpu. If i buy a new gpu will the problem be solved? What do you think could something else cause the problem. RAM Test is also fine, cpu aswell, and psu i working properly and has enough power. So i don't see anything else that can cause the problem other than the graphics card. Again what do you think.

use ddu to remove the divers full from your system and then trying doing a fresh install it's maybe old drivers crashing with new ones

I triee that and it's the same. I'm just asking if it could be something else. I'm buying a new gpu and if it happens again what could i be?
