Problem with powercolor hd 7870

hey i have recently purchased a powercolor hd7870 2gb myst edition (http://ncix.com/products/?sku=78372) on ncix, when I tested the gpu, first, the gpu fan will start turning, and then stop, after i give it a little push, it will start turning again without problems, this happens everytime when i start my computer. Also, the gpu has coil whine issue, I heard from other sources that it is not a big issue affecting the life expectancy of the card, but I would like to hear you guys' opinion

Coil whine is normal. They can be heard on motherboards and psu as well.

About the card, if you don't give it a push, will it spin later? Did you get any display and if you did, are temps normal during gaming?

I did not let it sit without spinning, I will try this tonight and tell you about it

what does it show the fan speed set at?
