Windows 10 and 11 do automatic cleanup every 10 days. There are no set amounts or what is deleted, it's all on FIFO (First in, First out) principles. There are Temp files as well as updates. Can you post screen shots of the 2 locations where you see those 2 numbers?
I regularly see 10 percent variations in GB used on my C partition for no obvious reason...for whatever that is worth. 47 this week; 53 the next week; 49 the next week. All with no manual cleaning.
70.46 GB of storage in C: partition ? Windows BOOT /system drives also have up to 3 normally "invisible"partitions.According to me system storage I am using 70.46 GB of storage. My hard drive says I'm using 98.3 GB. Anyone have any insight as to why this is?

That is almost certainly just a variation in PageFile use.I regularly see 10 percent variations in GB used on my C partition for no obvious reason...for whatever that is worth. 47 this week; 53 the next week; 49 the next week. All with no manual cleaning.
