Problem with tp-link tg-3269

Hello, today I purchased tp-link tg-3269 network card.

I have been trying to install it on xp but instead of installing the drivers for xp it installs the drivers for vista 32 bit and then there is a error with the device.

I have tried now on 2 computers with windows xp installed and i have the same problem.

Is there anyway i can fix this?
Is the board faulty?

Best to go to the maker's site and download the XP driver and install it yourself, rather than letting Microsoft do it.
