Question Problems with AMD driver version 21.12.1 ?

Hello all, I am currently running AMD 21.10.2 driver on a Radeon 5700 XT.

My current problems include my secondary monitor not turning on, black screening, and screen freezing, as well as apps launching and crashing. i believe this was happening because I updated to AMD version 21.12.1 driver. I think my cpu [GPU?] which I have had since 2018 may not be able to handle the new update. when i reverted back to the AMD driver 21.10.2 my secondary monitor turned back on. i even did a system reset, but i haven't installed any games to test my theory. I dont know, please help.

First off, please parse the specs to your build, like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitors:

Next, mention the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. For your OS, if you're on Windows 10, include the version(not edition) of the OS. If you haven't use DDU to remove all traces of any GPU drivers, then manually reinstall with the latest drivers from AMD in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
