Processor core voltage problem

I ran SANDRA and it gave me the following warning,

Warning W236 - (Vcore) is higher than rated maximum. Unless the reported value is incorrect or the processor is a different type that is not correctly detected, the voltage is higher than it should be. If you’re over-clocking the processor you may have pushed too far.


Fix: If the BIOS supports processor Vcore setting, check that the voltage programmed is correct for the processor installed. If not, check whether the mainboard supports the installed processor.

It's currently set at 1.37v and is not user defineable My board does support my CPU, I have a AMDAthlon 64 3200.

Where can I find out what the Vcore is supposed to be set at? And does this appear to be a SANDRA error? So far I've noticed SANDRA doesn't seem to like me running a 64bit proccessor with a 32 Bit version of windows and I'm hoping thats all this.

What does Sandra say your current voltage is?
Do you have a utility that can check your voltage in windows?

939, and I check the voltage in the setup menu I tried cnet to find a voltage checker that would run in windows with no hits.

Current Athlon systems use a 1.4V core. (from my understanding, it doesn't matter if its a S754 or S939, at least the current Palermo/venice cores.) If anything, 1.37 is a little low, but I wouldn't worry about it. To check it in windows, try running Speedfan. Look at the bottom of the windows, Vcore is in with the rest of the voltages. Could be a bad senser, bios, or motherboard.
