Thank you for the advice , That pointed me in the direction i needed, think i"m going to go one step down and get the
AMD RYZEN 7 3700X 8-Core 3.6 GHz (4.4 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM4 65W 100-100000071BOX Desktop Processor
was wondering why that one was your recommendation but figured this one is close to the same and a little cheeper ,so i can put the money into a better graphics card.. just got to figure out the best graphics card to get, power supply, and memory, building a hole new computer..

3700X 8 cores 16 threads. More than enough and performing around the same as a 3800X, 3900X and 3950X in games. 3600MHz CAS16 RAM. The Crucial P1 1TB will do the job as an OS drive and to put your programs you want to start fast and the games too. Pretty normal 2TB seagate barracuda. Not much to talk about an HDD. The 2070 Super which can do 1440p or 1080p and even 4K 60 fps with some graphics setting reduced. The case you chose and the RMX PSU which is a pretty good PSU and 750Watts is over what you need but the 650Watts, 750 Watts and the 850Watts are like 10 dollars apart. So why not the 750Watts for headroom and a possible GPU upgrade in the future with a new Ryzen 4000 CPU that your board can support.

You didn't ask for a recommendation. You asked which was best.

@Nemesia provided a good PC Parts list.
