Processor upgrade dell inspiron 5030

Hello,

I have to replace my CPU in my dell m5030 because it overheated. I want to replace the CPU with a faster one but I can not find any specs on the comp. Do anyone have any suggestions?

Hi

If you cooked your cpu in that laptop you probably cooked the motherboard as well....so another cpu is NOT an option , unless you KNOW the motherboard is still ok...
