I was trying Microsoft Windows 2003 Platform a couple of month ago, and had a
really bad crash and lost most of my programs along with my product keys. Can
you help or will I have to buy all new products

Simply reinstall from the original installation CDs. The Product
Keys should also still be affixed to the packaging of the installation
CDs.

Hell! You guys "know" it was illegal downloaded software and he no longer has
the software or keys
