[SOLVED] Professional file management and back-up software for MAC OS

Hi,

There seems to be a large variety of software available for Microsoft Windows, but I'm specifically looking for high end software to manage large amounts of files and map structures on a daily basis.

Is there any type of (preferably free and trustworthy) software available for Macs that allow you to:

1. pre-select folders (on both ends) which allow you to automate the process as much as possible
2. check the integrity and checksum of the back-upped files to make sure there's no corrupt data

Basically similar to how most FTP clients work, but in this case aimed at high end server based data management that really requires files to be secure and checked.

It might be worth mentioning that these are mostly audio and video files. Preferably, I'm not looking for Terminal/command-based solutions.
