Protection Fault...

when trying to view properties of my Epson stylus 820
printer. Protection fault occurred in Explorer.exe -
provided this message:
"Function address 0cx329b9 caused a protection fault.
(Exception code 0xc0000094). Some or all property page(s)
may be lost.
Cause? Remedy?

Do you have the latest driver for your printer?
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/SupportIndex.jsp
There are times when a driver will become corrupt, it is best to completely remove
the printer and re-install
