Psp styled analog stick for pc mouse

Is there avaiable a mouse that is USB that works the same way as a psp analog stick? I am making a plan of building a mini netbook out of a Raspberry Pi board pc. If not, is there a way to make one DIY?

I know some laptop and unicomp keyboards have a mini stick mouse. They are a pain to work, touchpads are 10x better.
