PSU damage

I transport my pc about twice a month, therefore unplugging the powersupply, over time, with this damage my psu?

No. It should not damage your PSU.

I live in the Smoky Mountains in NC. We have one of the highest rates of lightning strikes in the world. I've unplugged and replugged mine as much or more in one day as you do in a month. If my experience is any indication, you ain't gonna have a problem. I never have.
