Hey guys!

I have tons of problems right now about this new PC of mine that my friend made for me. I gave him $520 which is alot for me. Now I get this PC with i5 3450 and 8GB ram and 300W PSU but has a crappy GeForce GT 620 2GB which is one of the oldest graphics cards ever.
He thought that it would be good because its 2GB. But it isn't. Now I have to buy an HD 7850.

Here's the question:
Is it safe to run an Intel i5 3450 and a Radeon HD 7850 on a 300W PSU? Or do I still need to buy a 450-500W PSU? I really need help!
My budget has gone to shit because of this retarded friend of mine. He is an I.T. so i trusted him.

I'm totally new to PC's and PC gaming but I did TONS of research after this problem. Now I know what the fuck is wrong.

Your comments and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Since the video car and power supply are new you could try to return them and get some credit towards what you need!
How old are the parts?
If that option is out then you can always post them on your local web site.
