Hey guys, I'm a little worried about my pc as I've only had it for a few months now, and it's making a strange whining/squeaking sound thst I'm 99% is new. I do not know much about power and PSUs but I'm pretty sure it's coming from my psu. For context I just moved to japan from Canada and it definitely was moved around a lot. I took care and smothered it with all sorts of wrapping ro make sure it didn't get bumped around too much. Could it be caused by the different outlet voltage? Is something loose? Is it going to explode?

Thanks.

Below is a link to a recording I took on my phone. I think you'll have to download it to listen (sorry), there's some background noise but the prominent sound is the sound in question.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

PSU's in this day and age will operate between 100~240v, unless your PSU specifically states it's rated to work on a 220v/230v grid/wall outlet. You might want to add the make and model of your PSU as well as it's age. To offer us greater context, please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
