I mean, why would you go with anything else when you can't even get a decent 550w unit for that price? I'm thinking about buying a few of them to sell to customers or use in builds down the road when the price is no longer available. I don't really mind waiting for the rebates. I've never had an issue getting my rebates back from EVGA so long as I did what was required. Always be sure to make a copy of your barcode before sending the original in so you can reference it later if needed.

How would this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207034 compare to that one in regards to safety and everything?

You didn't make a mistake. What you have is better in electrical performance and efficiency than Seasonic's old group regulated PSUs anyway.

No reviews yet. From the looks of the images Thermaltake supplied though, it looks like it could be a winner, for a TR2 at least.

Hey guys, Thanks for all the help with my build. I just have one more question: If I decide to get a GTX 970 instead of the 960 would a 550w PSU be good enough or would I need more than that?

Why you planning on buying an FX-9590? Or you already have it? It's not a recommended CPU.
