[SOLVED] PSU Upgrade from Coolermaster Elite V3 to BeQuiet! Pure Power 11 700 CM

Would the bequiet be a solid choice?
Looking for silence and stability also wanna upgrade GPU 1050 ti to 2070 Super or 3000 series
System specs:
i5 9600k Want to oc
Corsair vengenance rgb 16gb 2933mhz
Z390F ROG
Hyper 212 also want to upgrade to a 5ghz option but idk which one
1050ti will be 2070 super sometime
3 120mm fans
I basically want o build the quietest system I can
Pls help me with psu and cpu watercooler options

Most Topower PSUs were pretty good. Like the Tagan branded units, Powerbird,

I think you're confusing them with "Powmax".
