Psu wattage requirement

I'm building a pc with ryzen 7 2700x, gtx 1060 and b450 tomahawk mobo. I'm wondering if 500 watt psu is good enough? I'm looking to buy a psu for $50 and or less and I'm not overclocking so I'm thinking of buying this psu:
