[SOLVED] Psu wire questions

So I'm getting an 2080 ti and I need to connect 2 8 pins to it and I have 2 8 pin connector slots on my 1200 watt thermal take psu but I only seem to have one 8 pin cable cause I lost the other 💁‍♂️ and so idk what cable to buy so if yall can send some links that would be great 👍👍👍

btw how long do you think the 2080 ti will last not health wise but performance wise? like will it still be a really good card 10/20 years from now? cause after the psu purchase and gpu purchase im ready to settle down with parts and just accept what i have lol

10 years? Absolutely not. In 10 years I am sure we will have some wall broken through and it will be more of an entry level GPU by then. In 2009 the best GPU was a GTX 280 or the HD 5870.

It is the way of PC technology. The best you can probably get is 5 years unless there is a massive technological leap. After 5 years your 2080Ti may do well for some games at a certain resolution and FPS but will be out classed by most mid end cards.

No idea. I doubt even the companies involved in advancing these technologies have any idea where we'll be at in ten years either.
