Hi,i have problem with psu.Actually when i plug AC cable in it,it "zaps" for few seconds. Also when i turn it on with power switch from off mode to on.. Even if i only touch PSU with my hand.I recorded that sound, there it is: https://clyp.it/0xf4hkp5
I tried with different cable and on different power outlets but its same.
PSU works just fine, stable etc..But i'm little bit afraid of this, maybe it can make some damage to my pc or???

It is more than likely it will eventually do some damage to your PC. That zap sounds like electricity arcing, and I would say the safety isolation of your PSU may be compromised. The exact nature of the defect can not be pin pointed by anyone other than the PSU manufacturer.

I would recommend you stop using that PSU immediately because of risk of damage to your computer or personal injury.

I live in Europe .. PSU is Nexus RX 6300 630W ,im not sure when it was bought because this is 2nd hand PSU.. Its working fine as i said, also i'm not sure when this started happening..

It may appear to be working fine right now but it is surely a risk to your computer and personal safety. The zapping may be causing currents to jump across safety barriers or exposing components to transients higher than they are rated for.

You need to RMA it. And you can not fix a PSU in your home if you do not have reasonable electrical engineering knowledge(and even then most of the time you will fail due to lack of design documents/schematics).

No one here would recommend that you keep using this supply
No one here would be able to provide you with a hardware fix for your PSU

Hi guys, today i took out PSU from my case and i realised what was a problem. Screws on PSU wasnt tightened as much as they should be. And because of that, rear part of PSU (Where the AC plug is) was unstable, it could be easily moved so whenever i touched it,or plug cable in psu or turn the psu on, that rear part moved a little bit and cause some "contacts" with other components in psu and thats reason why it was "zapping".Now i tightened screws, assemble everything like it should be and there is no more zapping! I hope you understand me,because my English is bad 😀 Sooo if you do,should i worry anymore?
