Hah! Someone did answer Lassie. I thought it was excellent lateral

Thank you.

So you accepted either Balaclava or Sevastopol for the Charge of
the Light Brigade question? I answered Sevastopol and Mark
answered Balaclava. Googling, I found it was the Battle of
Balaclava which was part of the Siege of Sevastopol, so I can see
either answer being right, although Balaclava is perhaps more
correct.

In that case, my educated guess (not having heard the news of the

The autograph! Not entirely there or entirely legible, but I took
the first name to be starting with Pet.

I was looking for Balaclava, really, but as you say, Sevastopol is just
correct enough to not want to mark it wrong.
