yes I have a couple as long as they stay below 1300 RPM they are very quite the med setting puts them at 1250 RPM at 2000 RPM well I have herd video cards that are louder. nice choice still quite fans and gives you the option to go higher. if you would like to take a look at the fans I am using on the experimental rad build, they are the same type as well just smaller, so the max rpm is a little higher but the same problem, any faster than 1250 RPM and they get loud.
 
Another question, when you guys mean around 10C above ambient temp.

Is that under load?

That would be crazy if it was...is WC really that good!??

Theoretical stuff:
My house's temp is always 68-70F, which translates to about 20-21C

Does this mean I can theoretically get load temps of 30-40C? With some overclocking maybe 50-60C at max?
 
alright your getting your CPU block! so how many parts does that make it now? it seems to be coming along though so just keep picking away at it and before you know it you will be playing on your new machine at least that is how i look at it when building a cooling loop.
