Question Purple Screen of Death and PC won't boot past BIOS ?

So after a crash on my PC last night, the computer won't boot past BIOS, and won't even go into advanced repair/startup repair. It did at once and I used a system restore point but it didn't reboot after completing the restore and now it just does a loop of trying to load into advanced repair tool.

Now I've created a new Windows 10 installation media device on my USB and it just stays stuck on a blank purple screen. I know it works because I tried it on my laptop and it booted perfectly into the installation tool but it keeps going into the blank purple screen no matter the USB port.

Any help and I will be so so grateful.

Mobo - MSI Tomahawk Z390
CPU - i7 9700k
GPU - AMD 6700k
OS - Windows 10

I would suspect the system drive on which Windows is installed. If it's an SSD (which I'm betting it is) then it's probably failed.
