Hello this might be a rather stupid question but i'd rather be sure then sorry.

Got "Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 CL9 1600Mhz" in my machine atm, was just wondering if i could buy 2 more of those and stick em in to get 16gb of ram. My motherboard can support 4sticks and more then 8gb of ram.

Thanks :D

Solution
these are ur boards memory specs...

4 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR3 2200(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1600/1333/1066 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory
Dual Channel Memory Architecture
Supports Intel® Extreme Memory Profile (XMP)
* Hyper DIMM support is subject to the physical characteristics of individual CPUs.
* Refer to www.asus.com or user manual for the Memory QVL (Qualified Vendors Lists).
* Due to CPU behavior, DDR3 2200/2000/1800 MHz memory module will run at DDR3 2133/1866/1600 MHz frequency as default.

ur board can accommodate upto 32gb...so yeah u can definitely ramp it upto 16gb...
always advisable to buy same set that u already have...mixing ram sets creates compatibility issues more often than not...
so yeah...u r all gud...
