Okay. I got this badge for the second time and while I understand it's leet
for "Owns," what the hell does the boss name "Teh PwNxx0rz!" mean?

One who Pwnz. Okay, it's a bit of a mangling of leet (Oddly enough,
there is such thing as improper leet. ><), but I kinda thought that
was obvious in spite of that. More properly, it would have been "Teh
PwNzz0rz". Not sure why they put x's in there...

Imagine a "Leet Speak" dictionary and phrasing grammar guide.
