PXE LAN Boot settings

Hello,
I have windows Xp & its wired to a Linksys Router My windows starts & than it shuts down but if I unplug the power from my Router it starts Fine & I plug my router back in & it runs fine Why is this happening?

have you enabled network boot ir your bios,, check it & disable network boot..
