q code 00 on asus mobo

Ive spent all day trying to find a solution for this and starting to lose hope this is my 2nd attempt at building and no success yet I had to rma both my mobo and psu and just got parts tridd putting it together hut fans only start up for a second before dying off I have reset my cmos by battery and jumper and reseated my ram plenty of times ive so disappointsd in myself ive failed twice and still dont know whats wrong the last thing I did was try to statt it up just psu mobo and cpu it still shows 00 is my mobo dead please help

00 error code is cpu not detect which mean , there no power to cpu, usually coz "clock generator ic" broken, what type of asus motherboard you have?

Yes I have an antistatic bracelet and mat. My motherboard is the asus maximus vi hero.

Gigabyte 770 windforce
Team xtreme 8gb ram 2400
850w pro edition xfx psu
Noctia u14s cpu cooler
Msata 256gb plextor and 1tb intellipower wd harddrive
