Q6600 not launching into bois/ need help

i have a biostair p43-a7
im trying to upgrade from a e4500 to a q6600, the e4500 works just fine but when i put the q6600 in it will not launch into bois, it just turns on and dose nothing.
need help

1.st of all u need to go to gigabyte site to see if it's avaible a new version of BIOS ...then try to update the BIOS, i'm prity sure that this is the maine problem

just upgraded the bois version to the latest version and still nothing
