Simply put. I should not have to pay for uncapped access, I already have that. My ISP charges me $65 for a 12Mb connection. Charging for bandwidth makes sense, charging for usage does not. AT&T was forced by the FCC to end their price-fix on long distance. AT&T fought tooth and nail to keep their price schemes, and yet, within 5 years of being forced to lower their prices to meet actual demand, they saw their business expand as more and more people could afford that service. The internet was not a private venture, we the tax payer have already paid for the infrastructure, just because TWC and Cox tap into it doesn't justify charging unbelievable rates or pulling caps.
