However I do have one question: Why use 7 Foundation Exhibit and no
Poloitical Actions?

I would say because some cards are missing (20 if i count right...)

defence.

i'm guessing the deck list is incomplete, and 10 consanguineous boons
are in it. or maybe 8, and a prior version of the deck also contained
2 dramatic upheavals. or something.

that would even explain the difference between the listed total of 90
cards and the total of actually listed cards of 70. must be 20 something
votes in there ...

The deck is pretty similar to the one that had won Vitoria's SAC
qualifier - David Magri's Baratas Final Solution. It just has a few
less Events, no Thin-Blooded Seers, and one or two master cards are
different.

Since David's deck had 12 Con Boons and this one seems incomplete for
20 cards, I guess it has even more Con Boons and a few other votes,
probably.

....especially when the line at the top reads, "Library (90 cards)",
and the sub-header listings add up to 70 cards.

Nah, of course David's deck is way far from being the first one based
around !Toreador, Embraces, Foundation Exhibit and Palla Grande; it
just had an Event twist. I recall he based his deck on Christian
Chenard's (pardon me if I wrote your name the wrong way, pal) deck
that won the NAC last year.

I was just glad to see that the Event angle got attention. I like
Events and always struggle to make them work, though I've been doing
better off Government ones.
