What's the difference between Intel 80367SL and Intel 80387SX? I plug Intel 80387SL in a 80386SX board's co-processor socket, and it doen't work, and the board BIOS can't detect the co-processor, and display "none", and the co-processor have no heat dissipate.

According to this link they are not the same. One run on a board with a 33 MHz clock while the SL work with 25 MHz. If your board is 33 MHz, you simply overclock too much the co-proc. If the board has jumper, then try to configure it within the specs needed by the SL. maybe you'll end up underclocking the CPU with the 25 MHz clock, and it might not work.

Anyway... this is pretty old hardware, and unless you have the part and doing it for fun, I wouldnt invest any money in that.. There is much better hobby in life than playing with these old thing..
