So First off didn't know which thread to put this under so I defaulted to windows 10.

Okay so for quite some time now my mouse will randomly freeze for a second or two and then go back to normal and move again and at the same time I can't type. the pc wont take any input from either the mouse or keyboard when it happens, I am not sure why but I am at a loss. At first I thought maby it was some software but i recently found that after installing windows 10 on a new drive I still have the issue. I have tried to unplug and plug them in again, I also tried reinstalling the drivers and have also heard that It could be my ram but I don't know how to go about checking if that would be the case. I should also note that when this happens videos/games/ect. don't seem to freeze as far as i can tell and when it happens it seems to happen constantly for a couple of mins and then stops with an occasional freeze here and there.

Thanks everyone!

Strange only having 1 bitdefender driver, guess it could be part of Vipre
qualcomm Atheros - https://support.killernetworking.com/download/killer-drivers-installation-64bit/ (long story, qualcomm spun Killer off a few years ago, and now Intel bought them)
CimFS.sys is part of windows 10
ene.sys is part of RGB software
Intel management Engine Interface - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/67496/Intel-Management-Engine-Interface-Intel-MEI- (yours is from 2017)

everything else looks new enough.

funny having a spammer reply to a thread as I do.

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

Have you updated GPU drivers as that can

updating BIOS/Chipset drivers on motherboard might help too.

your pcpartpicker list is private, you need to share it.

Ok well I know clean boot doesn't work as it has happened over a series of clean boots, I also looked it over and non of the services are disabled that shouldn't be, I don't have ant startup programs other than the default windows firewall and any services the windows starts with, Just checked my GPU drivers and they are up to date I also went through and made sure all of my drivers are up to date(Except for the Bios/Chipset). I will give the bios/chipset drivers a quick try and let you know if that solves the issue. and the private list should know be changed to public.

So it is unlikely to be either ssd or NVME as I assume 1 replaced the other?
Are games on the seagate? try running this on it - https://www.seagate.com/au/en/support/downloads/seatools/seatools-win-master/
I don't see many pc with sli these days

what type of mouse is it? Does it have its own software? or use Microsoft defaults?
Have you tried another mouse?

So I originally had been using the ssd as windows 10 and just replaced it with the m.2 drive, the seagate is definitely only for games, (I just updated the list with the mouse) The Mouse has its own software called "Gigabyte Force"(Along with the drivers), I have also tried a couple of other mice(Family Owned) with there own software and drivers Which would be Here: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Jaydon382/saved/HbJK3C

As for the bios/chipset drivers they are all up to date as far as I can tell.

As for the program it doesn't list windows 10 as an option would that be a problem?

Seatools will work on Win 10, I put it on my PC

This might be a waste of time as it could be hardware still.
Can you download and run Driverview - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html
All it does is looks at drivers installed, it won't install any
When you run it, go into view tab and set it to hide all Microsoft drivers, will make list shorter.

Now its up to you, you can look through the drivers and try to find old drivers, or you can take a screenshot from (and including)Driver name to (and including)Creation date.
upload it to an image sharing website and show link here

All I would do is look at driver versions (or dates if you lucky to have any) to see what might have newer versions.
