Question about updating chipset drivers

Hello,
I have an Asus m4A77TD board with AMD chipset drivers and I realized that there are newer chipset drivers for it on the Asus website than the ones I installed months ago. After google searches and I can't find a straight answer to my question:

Do I need to uninstall the current chipset drivers before updating to the new ones I downloaded? If so, how do I uninstall them? I can't find anything in Device Manager that says chipset driver....

No you do not have to uninstall chipset drivers to update them, Just download them and update.

No, I know it will replace them. If you feel better "knowing" download and extract and in the Device Manager you can Manually update via right-clicking and selecting Update Driver.
