[SOLVED] Question about upgrading to Ryzen

Hello everyone. I wanted to know if it's worth upgrading from a i7 6700k to a Ryzen 5 3600x I haven't seen a video comparing these two cpus yet, so i wanted to know if it was worthy upgrading from this setup I currently have:
i7 6700k
Asus Maximus Hero VIII
2x8 Gskill Trident z 3200mhz
Corsair 600w 80 plus
I also wanted to ask which gpu would fit best for my current setup and if I decide to go with amd, i would also like to know which gpu would fit better without having troubles with a possible bottleneck. I'm using an old R9 380 Nitro 4GB and for gaming for now I'm only playing at 1080p 60hz but wanting to upgrade to a 144hz monitor. What would you guys suggest for both questions? The two CPUs are neck and neck in gaming... But the 3600x has upgrade potential while your i7 doesn't.
As for GPU, get whatever your budget can allow. You might want to wait for Nvidia's Super lineup and AMD's 5000 lineup. If not, then at 144Hz, the 3600x would certainly give even the 2080Ti a run for its money.
