Well, first off I bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835185038 , and I got it for 35$ 2 Days ago off newegg. Should this be able to reach 333 FSB on a E6300 ;) That is the limit on my motherboard until I get a new one (TForceP965). Here is my little drawing of the inside of my case, which fan posistion/direction should I put the 120mm fan.

And i'm thinking of buying 2 new fans for this, would it benifit from 2 fans vs. 1?

I would think you should place the fan so it's sucking air from the front of the case and blowing it out into a rear exhaust, as it does in my rig. I don't know how your case is set up fan wise, but that's what most cases seem to do.

Mine is like this: (I've got a Kandalf)

The blue arrows suck in air, the red arrows exhaust it. I have a 120mm right behind my HSF for my CPU, and a 80mm below the PSU. On the front I have a 120mm sucking in air over my hard drives and a 80mm on the top.

I have a 120mm intake fan in the front, a 80mm intake fan on the side, and a 120mm exhaust fan on the back? Should I fae the fan toward the exhaust?

And I just got a 360 w/ Hard Drive :)

Place it blowing towards the back of the fan and trhu the fins.
You will see an increase in performance with two fans, but it wont be worth it since the fins in the Ninja are designed to work in low airflow enviroments and they wont benefit lots from high CFM.

PS. your drawings suck
