Yes thats the truth, cheapest Z97 board gets my G3258 to 4,7 GHz stable. Together with a GTX 750 SuperClocked its a fantastic Bang for the Buck gaming PC.
Hi, I know this is an old thread, but i'm about to make my first ever pc build! I'm looking to make an almost identical build to yours.
So i'm just wondering how your build is going now, any problems or issues or whatnot, also, when you overclocked, what CPU cooler or fans did you use? (as I said, i'm a noob, any details would be much appreciated!)
