Quietest, coolest CPU HSF for K7N2 Delta-L

My thermaltake Volcano 7+ is having issues and will only run when at the highest (and
Loudest) speed settings.
Loking to go silent or at least very quiet but still keep the AMD 2400+ XP nice and cool.

Any ideas as to the best solution that will fit this motherboard without interfering with
any capacitors and such?

Thermaltake silent boost is pretty silent and cools my xp2400 reasonable.
Heating up the cpu i don't get it over 50C with room temp of 30C. and a
closed case.
